HDFC Bank employee and a soldier. The conversation was about a loan matter, but
the employee used abusive language toward the soldier. She not only called the
soldier illiterate and uncultured, but also made derogatory remarks about his
children. This incident is not only
disrespectful but also demonstrates a lack of respect for the soldiers deployed

lives, remain on duty to protect our nation and are always ready to keep us
safe. In light of this incident, a
significant question arises for HDFC Bank: Are they trying to enhance their
brand value by employing such employees? Do they believe that such unruly and
arrogant employees can be beneficial to their organization? Immediate and strict action is
needed in this matter. The employee should be suspended and publicly
apologized. Insulting a soldier who protects the nation is an insult to the
