Rojgar Mahakumbh-2025: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath handed over appointment letters to the youth, launched new portals

New employment opportunities are constantly increasing in Uttar Pradesh. Under the 'Mission Employment' campaign of Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today attended the inauguration program of Rojgar Mahakumbh-2025 organized by the Department of Labor and Employment in Lucknow.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister handed over appointment letters to the youth selected by various companies and also launched several important portals to further strengthen the employment initiative of the state government. These include –
-Shram Nyay Setu Portal
-Website of Industrial Tribunal
-E-Court Portal
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that “The demand for talent and potential of the youth of Uttar Pradesh is increasing rapidly not only in India but also in other countries of the world. The state government is committed to providing employment and self-employment opportunities to every youth.”
While extending hearty congratulations and best wishes for a bright future to all the newly selected youth, he said that “youth power is the real strength of Uttar Pradesh and with their support the state is touching new heights of development.”
Rojgar Mahakumbh-2025 is not just a formal event, but it is a symbol of the resolve of the Uttar Pradesh government in which the goal has been set to provide employment to every eligible and talented youth. The participation of various companies and industrial units with the support of the Department of Labor and Employment made this event even more meaningful.
The employers who came to the program also admitted that there is no dearth of skill, hard work and honesty among the youth of Uttar Pradesh. This is the reason that today both technical and non-technical youth of the state are becoming the first choice of companies from India and abroad.
The Shram Nyay Setu Portal, Industrial Tribunal Website and E-Court Portal launched on this occasion will prove to be a milestone in making the judicial and administrative processes in the state more transparent and accessible. Through these portals, quick resolution of disputes between workers and employers will be possible, which will maintain trust and stability in the industry.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath clearly stated in his address that the Uttar Pradesh government is
working equally on creating "opportunities for both employment and self-employment". Be it the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, Startup India, ODOP (One District One Product) or Mega Employment Fairs - the objective of every initiative is only one: to empower the youth power.
Rojgar Mahakumbh-2025 has proved that Uttar Pradesh is now coming out of unemployment and becoming a hub of opportunities. The visionary policies of the government, active participation of companies and the passion of the youth - this triveni will help in making the state the "employment capital" of India in the times to come.
