Japan's Prime Minister Prime
Minister Ishiba recently visited Tokyo Electron's state-of-the-art
semiconductor factory. During this, he inspected the company's training room
and production innovation lab and also held detailed discussions with top
officials.
Prime Minister Ishiba said
that semiconductors are an important area of India-Japan cooperation. He
also mentioned that in recent years India has made remarkable progress in this
field and a large number of youth are playing an active role in it.
The Prime Minister expressed
confidence that this cooperation will become even stronger in the times to come
and the India-Japan partnership will touch new heights.
Boost to semiconductor sector
through India-Japan cooperation: The Government of India is already working on
several schemes regarding semiconductor manufacturing and design.
Japan's technical expertise
and India's youth power together can give a new dimension to the global
semiconductor supply chain.
Participation of global
technology companies like Tokyo Electron will give impetus to India's
semiconductor self-reliance mission.
This visit of Prime Minister
Ishiba not only reflects Japan's technological advancement, but also proves
that India-Japan partnership is moving towards global leadership in the
semiconductor sector in the future.

AI, chip design, electronics manufacturing.

the India-Japan semiconductor partnership will:lead to the establishment of
new factories and research centres in India.-provide employment and
training opportunities for lakhs of youth.directly benefit the
electronics, automobile and smart device industries.Prime Minister Ishiba visited
Tokyo Electron Miami to give a new direction to India-Japan semiconductor
cooperation. India has made great progress in this field in recent years and
the countries’ joint global technology Stockholm series remains strong in the
times to come.
