Additionally, 1,993 pending e-files and 1,923 e-receipts were also reviewed. This exercise was aimed at strengthening the organization's file system and increasing awareness of digital management.
A total of six complaints were resolved during the Public Grievances, MP References, and Revenue Collection Campaign. In addition, replies were sent to two references received from MPs and one IMC (Cabinet Note) reference. 283 unused e-waste and scrap items lying at Shastri Bhawan were e-auctioned, generating a total revenue of ₹71,250, including GST, for the government. This campaign was launched with the aim of promoting efficiency and transparency in administration.
Special Campaign 5.0 reaffirmed DCPC's commitment to the ideals of cleanliness, transparency, and efficiency in governance. Through the joint efforts of all attached offices and public sector undertakings, the department demonstrated its dedication to creating a clean and accountable work environment. This campaign not only cleans offices but also strengthens the goals of Digital India and the Swachh Bharat Mission. Such initiatives in the chemicals and petrochemicals sector lay the foundation for more efficient governance in the future.
