Vikas Divyakirti's troubles increase: Court takes action in the case of comment on judiciary

Famous teacher and founder of Drishti IAS Vikas Divyakirti is once again embroiled in controversy.  This time an old video of his, in which he made some controversial remarks comparing IAS vs Judge, has become a legal trouble for him. Reacting to this video, an Ajmer court has made strong remarks against Divyakirti and ordered him to appear in court on July 22.
The court has said in its order that: "Prima facie there is strong evidence that Divyakirti has used derogatory and sarcastic language against the judiciary with malicious intent to gain trivial fame." This comment directly indicates that the court is not taking lightly Divyakirti's intention and the seriousness of his words.
Vikas Divyakirti had uploaded a video on his YouTube channel in which he made some critical remarks about the process and working style of the judiciary while comparing between IAS and Judge. Some people found his style humorous, but many viewers and legal experts termed it an insult to the judiciary.
Social media seems to be divided into two parts on this issue. One section is standing in favor of Divyakirti and is defending him, calling it freedom of expression, while the other section is considering it an act that hurts the dignity of the judiciary.
If the court considers this matter serious and considers the video a symbol of insult to the judiciary, then Vikas Divyakirti may have to face legal punishment, apology or distance himself from such content in future.
So far, there has been no official response from Vikas Divyakirti on this issue. All eyes are on the hearing on July 22, where he will present his case before the court.
Vikas Divyakirti, who has become a big name in the field of education, is now facing legal challenges. This case is not only important for his personal brand, but also shows how big an impact everything said on social media can have. It will be interesting to see in the coming days what the court's stance is and what arguments Divyakirti presents in his defense.
